Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days depending on the destination country and local customs processing.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Inquired Minds is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or building management
- Contacting your local post office
- Filing a claim with the shipping carrier
